Mentors and mentees participate in a six-month experience designed around meaningful connection, goal-setting, and professional development.

Complete the online application and share your areas of interest, goals, and professional development needs.

Get Matched

Matching is completed based on mentee development areas and mentor expertise to the best of the chapter’s ability.

Meet Regularly

Mentors and mentees commit to at least two meaningful interactions per month, whether in person, virtually, or by email.

Celebrate Growth

The program begins with a kickoff event in April and concludes with a celebration in October.
